Who we are

RDi USA Inc. (“RDi USA”, “we”, “us”) provides diagnostics infrastructure to US labs, payers and screening programs. This policy explains how we handle personal information across our website and services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (such as contact and organization details submitted through forms) and information collected automatically (such as device and usage data).

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, operate testing and screening programs on behalf of partners, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and communicate with you about relevant services.

How we protect information

We maintain an ISO 27001-certified information security program, including encryption, access controls and audit logging via +CURA where applicable.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are needed for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice; these are always active. Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it; these are switched off until you accept them. You can accept or decline analytics when you first visit, and change your mind at any time using the cookie preferences link in the footer. Declining does not affect your access to any part of this site.

Analytics

When you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (property G-XTDRCYW0BN) and Google Tag Manager (container GTM-NVGF266T), services provided by Google LLC, to collect aggregated information such as pages visited, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, referring website, and device and browser type. We enable IP anonymization and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing or ad personalization. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine analytics data with health information. You can read how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can block it in any browser using Google’s opt-out add-on. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.

Do Not Track and global privacy signals

Analytics on this site is off by default, so no analytics cookies are set unless you actively accept them. We honor that choice for the browser you make it in.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. Contact usa@thisisrdi.com to exercise these rights.
