RDi USA's screening platform is built for a hard problem: reaching millions of people with self-collection kits they will actually use and return.
Colorectal cancer screening is one of the clearest cases. In 2023, an estimated 67.4% of US adults aged 45–75 were up to date with screening — and by mid-2025 the CDC put it at about seven in ten adults aged 50–75. That leaves millions unscreened, even after the US Preventive Services Task Force lowered the recommended starting age to 45 in 2021.[1][2]
Fecal immunochemical tests (FIT) are central to closing that gap because they can be completed at home. But a kit only helps if it arrives, is understood, gets returned, and is tracked all the way to a result. That is an infrastructure problem, and it is the one RDi USA is built to solve.
The delivery engine
- High-volume, patient-friendly self-collection kits
- Multilingual instructions, reminders and return logistics
- Result routing to labs and EHRs through +CURA
The same engine extends to cervical (HPV) screening, where FDA clearance of self-collection in 2024 opened a new front in reaching under-screened populations.[3]
