RDi USA Inc. today launches as an American diagnostics infrastructure company — the physical and digital layer beneath US labs, payers and screening programs.
The proposition is deliberately narrow: RDi USA is not a laboratory and does not compete with one. It builds and moves the regulated collection kits that testing depends on, and connects them to results through +CURA, its digital spine. In a US market where labs face rising volumes and a stretched workforce, that infrastructure layer is where capacity is won or lost.
“We looked hard at how to show up in America,” said David Cahill, Group Chief Executive Officer of RDi. “The honest answer was to lead with what we actually are — infrastructure — and let the labs, payers and programs we serve stay the customer, never the competitor.”
What launches today
- Automated kitting — 130+ regulated configurations, camera-verified, produced under ISO 13485.
- +CURA — real-time chain of custody from collection to result to EHR, part of the RDi Evolve digital suite.
- Twelve platforms — one operating model spanning screening, clinical trials, pathology, payer programs and lab partnership.
RDi USA operates from a corporate base at Suite 600, 101 N. Tryon St, Charlotte, North Carolina, and made its first major public appearance at ADLM 2026 in Anaheim.
